Turning Life's Next Chapter

Ryan & Brittany were ready to finally upsize from a 1 Bedroom Condo in the heart of Langley City and ready for a change of lifestyle. After 3 years they had outgrown the size but also the location and I was excited to help them navigate to life's next chapter together. After sitting down and reviewing their goals I ensured to listen closely so we could find not just the perfect home but also community!

Our Must-Haves

Ryan & Brittany had a few must have's that I knew were non-negotiable. Firstly was they wanted to sell their Condo first and be settled into a new home by the end of summer.

Second, after living on a busy road and not being able to enjoy their outdoor space we needed to find a location that allowed the peace and privacy they so desperately craved.

Lastly, they wanted to find a location that still allowed the walking amenities to local shops, restaurants and pubs. They loved the idea of being able to walk to everywhere!

I was afraid I would never find what I was looking for

During a time when inventory was low and home's were selling quickly and over asking we had many moments of frustrations. Anxiety was at an all time high and having those talks to keep everyone calm was very important.

With years of experience I understood the importance of keeping them excited and motivated as each week passed. This also opened our eyes to venturing further into new locations that we originally hadn't planned for which was a blessing in disguise.

As our search continued we found the perfect match! A lovely home seconds from the beach and walking distance to all amenities. A quiet patio with large deck means outdoor time will be enjoyed all year around.
